*12  Observed an employee drinks near the topping dispensing station located next to the drive-through window. The consumption of food/drink shall be done in a designated area only. 750.530 Immediate/Onsite
Observed milk bags placed in milk crates within the "Master-Bilt" walk-in cooler to be stored on the floor. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor. 750.130. Next Inspection
10  Observed scoop handles of ice cream topping to be touching the food items. Provide for all utensils to be stored in the food product with the handle up and out of the food product. 750.280 NOTE: Scoops were taken out and replaced with clean scoops - corrected on-site. Next Inspection
14  Observed the following improper food contact surfaces: the cutting board installed in the reach-in prep cooler adjacent to the drive-through window to have excessive and deep grooves. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, corrosive resistant, and light colored. 750.650. Next Inspection
15  Observed cardboard being used as a shelf cover located above the "Master-Bilt" cooling unit (which has empty containers in them) - it was used to catch spill from the heating unit storing hot toppings. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, corrosive resistant, and light colored. 750.690 Next Inspection
21  Observed a wiping cloth stored on a shelf counter by the customer service windows. Provide for all wiping cloths to be stored completely submerged in an approved sanitizer solution while not being used. 750.810 Next Inspection
22  Observed the table-installed can opener blade to be coated with food debris. Clean and maintain. 750.800. Next Inspection
23  Observed the space between the sliding doors of the two "Metalfrio" ice cream freezers located in the front part of the facility to be unclean - food debris was found. In addition, food spills were found on the bottom of the "Master-Bilt" freezer opposite to the "Manitowoc ice-machine." Clean and maintain. 750.800. Next Inspection
